The registration fee includes attendance, lunch and refreshments over the two days and a drinks reception on the evening of 28th  June.

For those who cannot travel to Edinburgh and wish to watch the talks online, registration is free (but we suggest a minimum donation of £20 to support costs associated with streaming the meeting). Only people who attend the meeting in person will be able to participate in and view the workshops.

All attendees from outside Britain are responsible for making sure they have the correct documentation to enter the country.  Before you travel, please consult the UK government website: https://www.gov.uk/standard-visitor-visa and follow the advice given. Confirmation of involvement in the UFAW conference and other supporting documentation

Applications for visas and other travel documents may need to be supported with an official letter confirming that the conference will take place on the dates declared and/or that you are a contributor. This can be provided by UFAW on request - please email Dr Stephen Wickens (wickens@ufaw.org.uk). Please note such letters in support of a visa will only be issued to persons who have submitted an abstract to the meeting and have had it accepted and who have also paid the registration fee to attend.
