You can apply to become a corporate member (departments or libraries of universities and colleges, corporate specialist groups and commercial and industrial establishments) of UFAW by completing and submitting the form below. Alternatively you can download a Corporate Membership form.

All subscriptions are by calendar year from 1st January to 31st December.

Names and addresses are held on computer for communication with members. Subscriptions are recorded for audit purposes and to support any claims for recovery of income tax from HMRC. Information given on this form will not be passed to any other organisations except for banking and tax purposes.
